Our HACCP approved, Class 1 USDC on-site production facilities has permanent USDC and USDA inspectors on the premises during all hours of operation.
We are proud to have over 75 HACCP certified employees on staff and routinely provide both HACCP and other Food Safety training programs to keep our team up-to-date and informed.
